At Quality Cage Crafters, customers can return unopened boxes within 7 days of delivery. A return shipping label will be provided, and a refund minus return shipping costs will be issued after inspection of the return. For opened boxes, 3 clear photos of the unused product are required for the return process. If the original packaging is unusable, the buyer is responsible for safe repackaging. Damaged products due to neglectful repackaging may incur deductions from the refund. The inspection and refund process may take up to 4 business days after the return is received. In terms of shipping, the store offers free shipping on orders over $49.95 within mainland USA. For expedited shipping or international shipping quotes, customers can contact the store directly. The store reserves the right to choose the shipping option and carrier.

If you received your item damaged, you will need to send the store 3 clear photos of the damage and 2 photos of the box in the condition it arrived within 48 hours of delivery as a proof to ask for a return or refund.

Shipping is free to the lower 48 United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally is available for an additional fee. Note that Quality Cage is not responsible for any duty fees incurred on its products when they leave the United States. Once a return shipment has arrived back to our facility, please allow up to 4 business days for inspection and to process a refundable amount.

Quality Cage accepts returns on unopened boxes within 7 days of delivery. A refund minus return shipping will be issued after they receive and inspect your return. If you have opened your box, they will need at least 3 clear photos of your unused product. Return shipping costs will be subtracted from your return. If returning after 7 days, you will be responsible for return shipping. The original packaging must be usable, otherwise, you must package the item to prevent damage during shipment. If Quality Cage receives an item damaged due to poor packaging, the damage will be assessed and deducted from the refund.

Orders can be cancelled up to the day it ships. If the order has already left the facility, it will need to be returned. To initiate a cancellation, please follow the instructions provided for returns. Custom orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after payment has been made.
